Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Carefully place the sunglasses in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
